I am absolutely incredulous that I even bought a mattress here, as when I was browsing, a woman came in and was fussing at James for her mattress taking 10 weeks to get there. I brushed it off as just a dramatic customer, a misunderstanding, whatever. Here I am, going on 5 weeks later, out money for a King size mattress that was supposed to take 2 weeks to get to me. I tried calling and going into the store numerous times last week, the voicemail box was full, and the store was closed. I finally got in touch with James on Saturday, where he explained he was sick for the entire week. When I asked why there was no sign on the door and mailbox was full, he said the sign must've fallen and he was clearing out the voicemail right now. I explained my frustration and he told me he had to now reschedule the truck my mattress was on (because he was sick) and would call me and let me know when my mattress would arrive, on Monday. Here we are on monday, no call, and all my calls going to "this voice mail box is full".... James, if I have to come in there AGAIN, NOBODY is going to be happy.

Edit: I just went in, and I'd like to add to my review that I just went in and spoke with him about how upset I was, and he told me I was being unreasonable in being upset (I'm sleeping on the floor????).

He refuses to give any kind of refund, or guarantee when my mattress will arrive, and laughed at the prospect of getting the police and/or chamber involved here. He insists he is still well within the timeline written.

What an awful business owner. >:(
