Bought Mattress and double Box Spring set. They were 2 hours too early which caused problems to start. The Delivery crew unloaded them by dropping them off the truck to the ground. (appox 4.5 feet). The wood in the box springs do not like that. Management did not seem to care or look into their delivery process or people who did this. I'm having the junk picked back up and money returned. My time is valuable and they think I can have someone at my house all day long for them.
