Today’s experience was a 0/5. I normally shop at Macy’s Furniture for all my home furnishings. But, I’m sad to say that, I no longer will be with this company. Today, I came in to return a few chairs. And, the lady was just not welcoming. She embodied a very rude and condescending tone. I asked a simple question, in which the reply made me truly upset. Keep in mind, that I have no awareness of the return policy. And, so for one to make me feel undermined and incapable feel understanding the return policy is unfathomable. The other staff seems to be inviting and helpful. I’m grateful for the other staff members, thank you for checking up on me. But, that one lady was just on another mood. Ruined my whole day!
