Purchased new furniture 1 year ago 2 love seats and a recliner it took 7 months to get . They were Natuzzi. Had problems with recliner would not recliner. It took 45 days to fix. Now upholstery is sagging called talked to manger scot said we were on our own.
Never will go in any M Jacobs store ever again. Going to shop at Lazy Boy. Sad deal.
