Store service is the PITS!! Buyer BEWARE!

I spent $6720.00 on new Sealy Matress memory foam bed, new bed frame, and night stand. After 3 months, the matress cover ripped while I was making the bed. I called the Lucas & Howard Store in Klamath Falls, where I purchased the bed as I considered this a warrenty issue. The store said they would not repair the bed unless I paid them $75.00 for the service call! What warrenty? So I called Sealy to complain. Sealy told me to go to the store where I purchased the bed. When I told Sealy what the store said, I was told it was up to the store to cover the warrenty issues. Not only will I never purchase another item from Lucas & Howard, I will never purchase anything dfrom Sealy! Buyer BEWARD!!!!!
