We went in there knew what we wanted to spend and what we needed. The gentlemen showed us 3 or 4 different sets, told us a little about each and prices. Left us alone to decide what we wanted to do. Had bought a mattress set at big lots a year ago, definitely shouldve went to Levin instead. Very happy and satisfied with the new bed, even delivery was quick.
