Ordered a washer and dryer set. Git it home the dryer made loud grinding noises and noticed a dent in the frame. Called leons Sudbury was told to call Samsung. SAMSUNG MADE ME CALL leons back as this was 'not their problem'. Called leons was told I had to call Samasung for a case number. Once again Called Samsung, refused to give me a case number because e'not their problem '. And told me to call leons and tell them how to do their job. 2 weeks later they finally agreed to get me a new dryer. Went to get it today and it is WORSE shape than the first like it was dropped from 20story building and dragged down a highway. They offered me $250 credit ARE YOU KIDIDNG ME!?. MONTHS OF NONE SENSE, GAS TO PICK UP, BRING BAVK AND PICK UP ANOTHER ONE. LEONS SUDBURY IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!
