Employee didn't get out of their desk seat the whole time. Unfriendly and didn't try to make the sale. I was still doing my research on beds while I was in the store and basically was told unless I am buying a bed right now why am i here.
I drove down to Sit n' Sleep and purchased an $1800 bed.

Outstanding Service
While in search of a mattress, I found that Leeds Mattress was most trustworthy and knowledgeable about the many various mattress options. Another mattress store was trying to sell me last years model at a discount, Leeds pointed this out that this was an old mattress which I a found to be true after a calling to Simmons manufacturer...
On top of that, I ended up getting the Simmons mattress and it arrived with a defect from Simmons. Leeds-Peter Ruiz in Santa Ana store was quick to have the mattress replaced. Mattress arrived yesterday, had a great night sleep!
Obviously I appreciate good service especially when you run into an issue after the fact, after you have the product. Leeds solved my problem immediately! I would recommend doing business with Leeds Mattress to anyone based on my recent experience.
