Was promised by salesperson that I would be able to return mattress and frame because she okayed it with manager. Wrote “comfort guarantee” on receipt. Tried to return because it hurts me but told I needed to come back to talk to salesperson and that the “comfort guarantee” only applied to a mattress exchange , not a return and the frame (which doesn’t go high enough for my apnea) would not be returned or exchanged as it isn’t covered under the “comfort guarantee”. Don’t trust the guarantees or their neighborly act- they are not professional or trustworthy. I tried to shop local/small business but I wouldn’t have had this problem at a big box store.
