does not stand behind the products they sell. bought a mattress and it already sags and coming unraveled. asked them to inspect the mattress and they told me to take pictures, measure the sagging and take picture with a ruler showing 11/2 inches difference. I think that is their job to inspect and take pictures and measure. They would not give me the mfg. phone number or someone to call. Contacted Serta, the mfg and they told me the retailer was responsible and the retailer said the mfg was responsible.
