The mattress started losing it's shape immediately. I called the owner and he said I was supposed to turn it over every couple of weeks. It's a pillow top - so I moved it from top to bottom. That didn't help. So I called and asked him long this was guaranteed and he said probably from now on. I waited a couple of years and went down and he said it had to be 3-1/2 inches for them to replace it. I went home and measured it and it was a little over 3-1/2" so I called him and told him. He said he would call the manufacturer and see if they could do something and that's the last I heard.
