After just 3 years of light use two of the couches have deteriorated to the point that they look like they have been heavily used. All the couches have equal use. We do not have kids that jump on them and we definitely do not abuse them. We try to take very good care of them. We called lack’s, explained the situation and they replied with “well you didn’t by the accident protection”. Which we replied this is not an accident, it’s obviously manufacturing defect. How is it that only two of the four pieces of furniture are deteriorating at an astonishing rate. And actually the one that gets used the most is the single recliner. This makes no sense that we need to purchase an ACCIDENT plan when we take very good care of our couches. The sales person then went to get the manager and he said the same thing. Basically they can not do anything for us since we didn’t get the accident protection. We let him know this is a manufacturing issue and he declined to help us any further, nor did he even offer any type of solution. What kind of business doesn’t take care of long time customers. We have purchased a lot of furniture from here and we are extremely disappointed with the way we have been treated. Please take your business to another place.
