Made a purchase, changed my mind was refused a refund. Their no refund no return policy is not conspicuously posted. Had to file complaints to get my money back but they kept 30% for a restocking fee for something that never left their possession. Encourage all who have negative experiences to file complaints with the BBB and the Attorney Generals office
