We bought some rather expensive flexsteel leather furniture last summer at Kettle River and the stuffing has flattened out. Not just the cushions are sagging but the back and arms as well. Justin Overmark, president, Kettle River, offered to extend our warrantee for the stuffing to 1 year, but we've already been waiting 2 months for them to repair it. Not a company you want to do business with! We thought we'd "shop local" and boy are we sorry! Next time we'll go to a national company that cares about customer service. AVOID KETTLE RIVER FURNITURE!!
