Horrible Experience! STAY AWAY

We ordered new bed frames and box springs and will absolutely NEVER order from this place again. Owner was rude and disgusting.
Our stuff was supposed to be delivered yesterday between 12-2. The owner called in the morning apologizing that his truck broke down and wouldn’t be able to deliver that day but would deliver himself the next day. He made no indication of any change in delivery time. Then today comes and at 2:00 he called my wife to tell her he’d first be leaving Brooklyn in a half hour and would be by us around 4:00. At 3:30 he calls my wife again all upset asking why no one was home. My pregnant wife literally runs home from work and he guilts my wife again for keeping them waiting and comments that she better tip his worker well.they finally get to bringing in the stuff, but decide to leave the plastic wrapper on the box springs and put our mattresses on top. They left the old bed frames standing against the wall in the middle of the hallway, one disassembled one still assembled. The left the boxes from the new frames on the floor in the bedroom.
Owner was absolutely disgusting, will never be ordering from here again, and I recommend everyone to stay far away from this place.
