If there was a zero star rating, I would give this place, Katy Furniture a zero star.
Buyers beware, the furniture sold in this store is very cheaply made. “you get what you pay for” & I will not ever shop at Katy Furniture again.
The sectional that I purchased was stuffed with feathers & the feathers stick out of the cushions.
Manager Tiffany refused to issue a store credit so that I could switch it out for another sofa. She informed me that all
sales are final. I informed her that the sectional was cheaply made, that the feathers should be have been wrapped in a type of covering where the feathers would not poke out to the fabric. She still refused.
BEWARE OF BUYING YOUR FURNITURE AT KATY FURNITURE!!! ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
