Nancy at JR Furniture took our money in full in May. Promising 4-8 weeks to deliver a Stanton sectional sofa. That’s the last time we heard from Nancy. We’ve called weekly since July to no avail. Non responsive service from managers at multiple locations. It’s Sept 8, 2023 and we do not have what we ordered. The owner refuses to return our calls. JR refuses to issue a refund.
