I have had your people out here multiple times over the past 5 years with zero resolve. When they take the measurement, they first fluff up the mattress so it does not look as bad as it actually is. Sleeping in that bed is like being on a Rollercoaster with all of the dips. And don't even get me started on those awful $50 pillows we were talked into buying! My dogs won't even sleep on them they're so uncomfortable!! So please, do tell me, if I go through the process of stripping the bed, making an appointment, taking and submitting photos yet again, will something really be done this time? Or will it just be another exercise in futility?
