We bought a mattress 5 years ago for your daughter - there is divot that is 3 inches deep - she is a small girl .
We were required to take pictures email concerns wait for an evaluation - only to find that Jordans claims the bed not covered because our LLBean wrought iron bedframe doesn't have the right support . Atrocious- policy clearly the mattress defective and its torture to deal with this company .
Do yourself a favor and buy a bed from a company that has standards for their products like Gardener Mattress or Tuft and Needle.
Atrocious service and product.
