August (he now works in a KC area store, I think) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He negotiated a fair price with me. This was back in August 2015. I bought a mid-price range twin XL mattress (called “Somerset” then, now called the “Willow Springs”). Mattress retains its original shape and is just as comfortable now as when I bought it. I recommend Joplimo without hesitation. In fact, my wife and I just bought two new mattresses from store manager Ryan Byars. Another very good experience with this company.
