Had mattress little over 5 months, worst mattress ever and the store will only TRY to rectify problem if you pay $70.00 delivery fee each time they take it back. We paid close to $3000.00 plus original $70. delivery and another $70. to send back since we woke up every morning with back pain. After (softening)? it we still were not comfortable and did not care to pay another $70. for them to supposedly make it more comfortable. LONG story short, we have now purchased a comfortable mattress from a reputable company that stands behind their products. Forever mattress is a perfect name as you will be stuck with it FOREVER! We love our new mattress and can finally get a decent nights sleep...
