They seem to have a nice product. Good sales presentation and they really focus on the "Comfort Guarantee" as their stand apart feature. Stated in the guarantee among other things that disadvantage the buyer is "Joplimo MattressTM reserves the right to refuse this comfort guarantee to anyone for any reason". This, ladies and gentleman is no guarantee at all. When questioned about this verbiage they were still very nice and promised there wouldn't ever be a problem. They are all about customer service. However, realize you as the customer are required to sign this guarantee. This is one example of MANY in the contract that gives them the legal right to stand behind nothing on their product. Others are "final sale" "no refunds" It even states you "To qualify for out comfort guarantee, it is required that a mattress protector is purchased".
