Some comments reserved pending completion of transaction....

On our visit Ryan was very knowledgeable and personable. He spent quite a lot of time with us and offered us what we feel was a good deal on a floor model. Due to comparison shopping and procrastination on our part, the mattress was no longer available when I called back. However, on talking with Bryan the second time, he offered a very similar deal on a NEW mattress. We are waiting for the mattress to arrive at the store, so we cannot rate the completion of the transaction or our satisfaction after the sale. We would have loved free delivery offered by Ryan but sometimes you have to give more to get more. Our experience with other mattresses has been that we like them at first but over time they do not satisfy our need. We like that Joplinmo offers to try to alter the mattress to suit your needs if it turns out to be too soft or too firm, but we have not experienced that part of their business, so it is my intent to return to review these various parts of the transaction after they become part of our experience. My word means a lot to me and I will not rush to judgement and offer an opinion that has not had time to be formed correctly. Watch for future comments. So far, we are very happy with the transaction.
