This is the worst furniture purchase I have ever had.
We bought a Therapedic Encore mattress for $2000 plus box spring and frame for our new house and now it smells like barf and dumster. We were told that's normal and it needs to gas-off because it is new. But I have headaches and nausea every night. Absolutely unacceptable!

They took the mattress back, but didn’t give me my money. Just a store credit.
This, while most mattress suppliers offer you a 30-100 day full money back guarantee. I should have asked for the return policy before purchasing.
