The sales rep kept trying to update me on a mattress protector. He failed to tell me that old mattresses I paid to have removed required to be wrapped in plastic. Because of this the delivery driver refused to drop off my bed and pick up old. It is impossible to get a hold of a live person to get my order redelivered. I'm sleeping on a couch because NO ONE will tell me when I get my bed!!!!
