It took JC Penney three times to get the delivery complete. What a nightmare.

Do not buy from this store. It took them three tries to get the delivery of this mattress done. That should have been a clue to me!
The first delivery, the mattress was ripped and they tried to deliver it anyway. (we refused it) The second delivery, they only brought the box springs. (we refused it). Third time..they brought the box spring and went back and brought the mattress 3-hours later. Unbelievable. I should have refused it and demanded my money back. Now I'm stuck with a mattress that I can't sleep on. It's absolute junk.
