BUYER BEWARE. Poor service from the J C Penney Home Store on Menaul in Albuquerque, NM - the salesperson in the store promised our furniture would be delivered, fully assembled, and cartons or packing materials would be carted away. Instead, they apparently sub-contract their furniture delivery to another company. The delivery guys did not call to arrange a time - they just showed up early one morning. They refused to take the furniture upstairs and said they did not assemble new items as the store had promised. BAD NEWS! I called the store and they apologized - however, I've called 5-6 times and no still resolution reached. I guess we made a mistake shopping at J C Penney. Totally disappointed.
