ordered a serta icomfort mattress the price was great- they forgot to order two box springs instead they ordered- we called right away they promised to fix it- i had to call every week for 3 weeks- each week they promised to fix it and finally got to a manager who told me they never ordered it- he ordered it for me and when it arrived it was the wrong matress box spring- i had to call three time while the delivery people where here so they could take it back. on top of that i emailed their home office with no response-they are joke and you cant trust them-go to a local store that cares and pay a little more-
