From the first call I had with Chris (who returned my call and patiently answered my long list of questions after hours on a Saturday!) to a couple of calls with Ian and several periodic check in calls from Shelly to ensure we were sleeping well, iSleep's customer service was top notch every step of the way and truly exceeded my expectations. No other retailer has ever provided the high level of service and attentiveness that we experienced here.
