Typically I am the type of person who likes to go into a place and try the product before buying. So, when I "shopped" for this mattress, it was via phone and information obtained from their website. What drew me was the concept of a mattress built based on the specifications of the individual consumer. iSleep goes above and beyond when caring for their customers. They didn't stop customizing our bed until we were satisfied. They are a prime example of what a real company should strive to be vs. being all about profit. We need more businesses like iSleep.
