I am totally disgusted with the Hornell Furniture Outlet, in Hornell NY. I purchased a King Set 2 years ago, with a 15 year guarantee, 2 years later, it is all dented, I can't even sleep on it and they said that the warrantee is null and void cause the mattress has 2 water stains from towels on it. What does that have to do with the dents in the bed. Were they thinking of reselling those mattress? Maybe that's what I got someones leftovers, Yuck disgusting No wonder it's all dented. I'm calling the health Department.
