Warranty Claims

I had bought a Temper Pedic mattress here and called for Warranty Claim service. Zachary Taylor sent me an email with directions to take photo's, receipt etc and send them to HIM to file a claim with Temper Pedic. I waited over a month to hear from Zach again, he was out of the office or on vacation, his cover person didn't return my calls as I was told by Zach that she would. Finally I heard from Zachary that HE DOES NOT FILE THE CLAIM FOR THE CUSTOMER, THE CUSTOMER FILES THE CLAIM WITH TEMPER PEDIC!!! AFTER A MONTH I AM TOLD THIS... WHY DIDN'T ZACHARY KNOW THIS???
It was a two month 'battle' with Temper Pedic customer service to get anything done. I had to call Corporate Hdqtrs to resolve this issue. The problem is THIS TEMPER PEDIC MATTRESS STINKS SO BADLY I CAN NOT BE IN THE SAME ROOM WITH IT.. I CAN NOT BREATHE THE TERRIBLE FUMES IT GIVES OFF. Shame on Haynes for not educating Zachary or anyone in CS dept on the correct procedure for filing a Warranty claim with Temper Pedic. I can guarantee this 'review' will be wiped out and forgotten!!!!! Way of big business. I worked for the best companies and know CS well.. IBM, BCBS, SENTARA, TUFTS INS. ETC...
