Bought a Royal Knight twin mattress and after 3 months I wake up every morning with lower back and hip pain.2 days ago I purchased a 3 inch foam topper for the bed and its like night and day.No more pain.I am disappointed with the bed.If you have lower back or hip pain please don't purchase this bed.Joel
