I purchased a mattress in good faith. The sales person was helpful and polite.He doesn't work for them anymore.
It has a 10 year warranty,I've had it for a little over 3 years.
I'm having a problem with the mattress. The owner of the store (Don) came out to look at it.
He was confrontational from the start. He denied my claim because I sit in my bed,but never sit on the spot that is showing problems in the middle of the bed. These are they claim the same mattresses in hotels and motels,and no one sits in bed? Doubtful.They are friendly until there is a problem.
Called the store the lady hung up on me.
I'll will absolutely not ever purchase anything from them and wouldn't advise anyone else to!
