Miracle workers

Hanks sales team was amazing. I needed to look for a mattress. We were initially just going to look around just to get prices. The first gentleman I do not remember his name but he was so kind but he had a family emergency and had to leave so Joseph stepped in. I told him that we were just looking but he went a step further and just ask who it was for and what we were looking for and I told him that we were looking for a mattress and leaning to a specific one but on a tight budget. He took us directly to three really good ones and of course the one we fell in love with ended up being the cheapest one amazingly enough. We did not purchase it that day. We had to come back later in the week. Joseph wasn't available or the other gentleman that helped us initially but James was amazing. He just asked which mattress we were looking at and honored everything that Joseph had mentioned and just did everything that he could to do make our mattress purchase was painless and delivery was set up that would work for us as well. All the guys we worked with in this journey was just outstanding. Definitely recommend Hanks.
