I just wanted to let you know that you have an amazing associate working for you. We came into Hank's I think it was June 13th and we told Nick we were looking for a sectional to go into our new home that we were purchasing on June 25th. Nick should us a couple of sectionals and we told him we really wanted one with a chase recliner in leather. He said we have one, but I don't have one here to show you. He did show us on the computer and referred us to go over to the Hank's in West Little Rock and ask for a particular associate. We did go over to the store and look at it, but we did not ask to for the associate he referred us to; because Nick was so helpful to us we wanted to do business with him. We were approach by several associates over to your West Little Rock store and they were saying we can get it to you in about 3 to 4 weeks. This was unacceptable to us, because Nick said he could get it to us in a week.
We went back to the store on July 5th, Nick was assisting another customer and he politely said he would be with us in a minute. After he finished up, he took our order and said it will be in a week. He called us on Thursday to let us know that the sectional came in and confirmed to us the delivery schedule. We get our sectional delivered to us on July 10th. Nick showed excellent customer skills. I've referred several people to go over there and ask for Nick. We went to several furniture stores and none of them showed us as much respect, courtesy, and patients as Nick did.
