I was surprised and pleased with the feed back I received from Douglas by Novosbed from the onset of my order. They kept me informed through the whole process of manufacturing my Douglas Bed mattress to detailed instructions on how to open the package when it arrived to ensure there would be no damage to the mattress during set up and my mattress arrived within 2 weeks of my original online order.
