Austin was very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had pre-shopped their adjustable bases online before going to the store and had narrowed down my list. Austin answered all of my questions and talked me through the various features of each. He made the whole process quick and painless. I purchased the bed frame on Sunday and it was delivered and set-up on Tuesday. I couldn’t be more pleased.
