We purchased a couch, recliner and t.v. stand on December 28, 2021. We were told that the couch and t.v. stand were in stock but that the recliner would take 8 weeks. We were fine with that since we were building a house and wouldn't need any of the pieces right away. In March, we called to see when they expected the chair. We were told that the t.v. stand was there but that the couch and recliner were expected in April. We found this strange since the only item that was supposedly on backorder when we made the purchase was the recliner. We waited until May to call back. At this time, we were told that our sales person would get back to us. After two days, she did get back to us. She said that the recliner was now back ordered until June or July but that they could get us a floor model sofa from Hinesville (an hour and a half away). There would be zero discount for accepting a floor model that we have never seen. We asked for a full refund and were told we would have to wait until the freight truck brought a check from the main office. This took two days from the time we asked for the refund. Without honesty, there is no customer service. If they had been honest about what was in stock, we would not have wasted 5 months waiting on furniture when we could have purchased something in stock or went elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would. Don;t waste your time here.
