We was told that we had a Captain King bed and when they told us we didn't we was confused. We originally bought our slay bed 15 years ago at the very same garder white store. So we just needed a mattress we went shopping around for every other place to say we have a Captain kind with our dimensions so we went to Gardner white got a Captain King to bring it home for it not to fit it was way way to small
So we went back and of course all sales final. Boy was we disappointed
But then the manager stepped in called corporate for us and allowed us to take it back, in the mean time we already come in and bought a different bed to fit so we just exchanged the mattress for a comfy chair. They are amazing up their and all of the sales people are amazing and very helpful and ready to help at anytime.. I highly recommend them and will never shop anywhere else they know what they are talking about and want the best for anyone that walks through the door
