Initially spoke with Corey, one of the assistant managers prior to visiting. He was very helpful to us in gathering the information we needed to complete the sale the following day. We were pretty much sold on the sofa after speaking with him the evening before, and he was the reason we went to the Waterford store. He was unable to be there during our visit, so he set us up with Elly who was excellent to work with. Thank you to both of them for all their help.
