Initial day of purchasing bed was good as was the saleslady. We bought the extra cover for the mattress that would give us 6 months to try the mattress. After 3 months we went back to exchange for softer mattress. Salespeople were rude and din't seem to know what we were complaining about or which mattress we should exchange it for to suit us. Very disappointed with the Gardner White sales people and their inability to want to help us after spending &1500.00. Will NEVER shop there again! 😡😤😡
