I started writing this when my wife called complaining about the delivery guys. The guys were supposed to come late in the afternoon, they should up early this morning. Not the worst thing, then they refused to take the old mattress. They said it was up to them, this is after I was reassured multiple times by the sale’s men they would take it. So I started writing this review and only gave two stars. 30sec after I hit send, I get a call from Gardner white, a very polite man calls me and tells me someone else will be over later today to pick up the old mattress.
Liked the man that called, 5 stars to him.
The delivery drivers, my wife said were rude to her didn’t want to take mattress and came at the wrong time. 1 star to them.
Sales men at the store, I originally talked to a manager who was really nice who found me a sales man. I told him what mattress I wanted. The price was $1799 I took a pic. After he wrote me up the bill was $2600. I told him it says $1799 he said not on that one. I said the price is actually on the bed. He said not that model. Then why the heck would you put the wrong price on the bed. I then went took a picture. It didn’t say anything about the mattress I picked out not being excluded.
So mixed emotions on this. Sales manager super nice, sales man was nice, I feel I was screwed on the price. Delivery guys the worst, the gentleman that called to tell me someone else would pic it up later today. Super nice, and polite.
