I had purchased an item from this store. The salesperson (Amber) was very friendly and helpful. As she was writing up my order, I asked about the sales tax offer. She mentioned that the offer only applied to purchases over $1400 (my purchase was less than that amount).
However, when I returned home I went to the Gardner White website and looked up the item that I just purchased. When I put the item in the cart, the price was discounted to adjust for the sales tax. In other words, had I ordered the item online, I would have had my sales tax paid.
Other than this issue, I had a positive experience so far.
Also, watch out for the "free" delivery. That only applied to doorstep delivery. If you want the item brought into your house, that will cost you an additional $150.
This is my first time dealing with Gardner White, and I found that they operate differently than the previous furniture company that used to occupy this location.
