Excellent customer service!

Sales consultant, Alin Barbat was personable, knowledgeable, and made our visit a pleasant experience, while shopping at the Warren Gardner White. Altho our purchase was small that day (we only bought a home accessory), we never felt like Alin pressured us to buy anything more than what we had wanted. He didn't rush us through the purchasing process, altho he worked quickly, on our behalf, since it was an in-store item purchase. We really appreciated the time he spent with us, and will be back in the near future, to purchase furniture for our new home when our remodel is complete. It was refreshing to encounter a salesperson, like him, who went above and beyond for their customer! -even for such a small sale, and especially since they work on commission. Great job Alin, you showed us excellent customer service, and we will be sure to see you when we make our larger purchases!! You are an asset to this Gardner White store, and the reason why we will be back to shop at this location for our furniture. Thanks again!
