I had a poor experience at the store earlier in the day. I spoke with someone about it and decided to return that evening. Without knowing my name or the situation, Allison proved to be a great salesperson and had excellent customer service. She listened, asked great questions, stayed within the desired price range, and made sure my daughter got the best option for her. The sales manager learned of the earlier experience and more than made up for it. Thank you Gardner-White for being the caliber of store that you are!
