Went into this store 2nd time in 2 weeks, 2 different sales people and both times I was handed over to someone else. Each of the people contradicted each other about the “sale” going on. At today’s visit she turned us over to the “sales mgr” Boris who once again tried to upsell us when we were very clear on what we wanted. Instead of just telling us they were out of the mattress middle of the road base (head/feet go up), which was still an upgrade from the base model he tried and I upsell us an additional $300 base. Hey Mr. GW, instead of sending money on all your ads spend money on educating your staff and sales mgrs. I’ve been a sales manager in automotive for over 20 years and never had such horrible interaction with your staff.
