Do not buy from this store or brand - eternal headaches. I mistakenly perceived GW as a reputable brand. Will file complaint with BBB.

First issue, the sales associate in the store sold us our purchase on a payment plan, provided a receipt that reflected this plan, and then later changed credit terms without notifying me. I noticed it in a revised receipt but this was not called out in phone call or email as a change (could've impacted my credit had I not noticed, borderline illegal). After several phone calls and talking to multiple managers, this issue was
resolved, and the original credit terms were honored. It's also suspect behavior that the sales associate gave us a fake name, as also
later revealed on the receipt.

Second issue, when the items were delivered to my home, I immediately noticed the power recliner was damaged. I told them I didn't accept that delivery. DO NOT LET THEM LEAVE WITHOUT THE DAMAGED ITEM.
The delivery guys, in a hurry, lied to me that they would put it in a report and someone from GW would follow up with me about a replacement.
After I week of hearing nothing, I called GW to find the delivery folks had not only not put a single note about this, but they had
claimed I accepted everything as is. Now it's treated as in-home service, when their responsibility was to take it back that day and have a
new one sent, an option now denied to me by the phone center folks who claim a manager is never available no matter how long I wait.

Avoid.
