I had a very good in store experience with my sales person. The delivery was awful. The delivery men were rude and they smelled like they had been drinking. They were late arriving (they called today they would arrive in 15 minutes and didn't show up for over an hour). Then the delivery man bent my new bed frame because he did not wait for his partner. Then also damaged my night stand when he lost control of the box spring. I wrote the damages on my delivery receipt as well as called both the store and the main number. I was never contacted by any representative. It was a very disappointing experience that will cause me to think twice before shopping there again.
