The sales process went very well. Mo took his time and provided options and excellent comparison discussion.
The delivery could have been better. Not with the actual delivery personnel - they were very good and knew what they were doing. They got right to the delivery and set up without any problems. The timing could have been better. I was told my delivery would happen between 6-9 pm which was already later than I would have liked but it didn't happen until after 9:30. I'm not a night person and didn't get dinner until after 10 pm.
